Comic-Con 2012 - 5 fantastic things

San Diego Comic-Con is officially over for another year and the fanboys and girls have gone back to their homes to countdown until the 2013 event. Here's my pick of five fantastic things that happened this year, in no particular order.

Comic Con 2011 - five fab geek moments

As you may have already noticed from the latest posts on here, I *heart* Comic Con. Thousands of geeks, nerds, gamers, fanboys and fangirls swarmed around the San Diego Convention Centre a few weeks ago but I wasn't one of them. *sad face*

Geek in my week - the three tine fork incident

I had lunch with a friend at St Pancras International last week and experienced a Big Bang Theory moment. I was sitting in one of the nicer restaurants discussing season three of Fringe with my friend Paul, when I caught sight of the fork I'd been eating with.

Where to start with the Big Bang Theory panel? There was the awesomeness of moderator, guest star and not-evil-at-all guy Wil Wheaton, the singalong with Barenaked Ladies, Kaley and Jim singing 'soft kitty'... It was all wonderful and well worth sitting in line for hours to see.
